Consider the Impact a Customized Skit Could Have on Your Event

How about this? …

Forrest Gump and your CEO!

… or another high profile leader of your organization … I like it!
‘Forrest’ and the founder discuss the strategic direction and next generation of products.

A short comedic performance with Forrest Gump and one (or more) of your organization’s leaders.

Imagine a conversation on a park bench occurring between two strangers. One of the conversationalists is the CEO or manager or one of the leaders of your organization … the other is Forrest Gump.

To prepare for this performance, Steve writes a script after a preliminary conversation with the CEO (or whoever intends to sit on the bench with Forrest).

Initially, Forrest does a lot of the talking ? several of the movie’s memorable lines are included.

Quickly, the conversation shifts to your company leader where the true purpose of the conversation takes place. The 1 to 3 key points of change you intend are revealed.

Gump can either solve the problem or simply present the necessary answer so everyone can move forward and change.

It?s an aha moment when Gump stumbles into the answer ? to laughter and joy of your audience.

The conversation is scripted so the important issue of change your group faces is front and center.

Just like in the movie, Forrest stumbles into the answer … or new product …. or organizational goal.

It?s a humorous, fun and effective way to make the 1 or 3 key points specific to your organization in both a serious and light-hearted manner.

Depending on the complexity of your change message and the willingness of the primary participant, the skit can be 10 to 20+ minutes in length.
