Like Father Like Son

2:03:19
Forrest learns he's a father after reuniting with Jenny at her apartment. He goes over and sits down with Little Forrest. They watch Bert & Ernie on TV. Jenny breathes a sigh of relief. Forrest and Little Forrest tilt their heads in unison to the left.
**-- HERE IS THE VIDEO TRANSCRIPT --** Hello, my name is Steve, Steve Weber ... For the past 10 years, I've been speaking to organizations and businesses about the 3 main life lessons from the movie - Opportunity, Choice, Journey. And because this year is the 25th anniversary, I've put together a collection of the 94 best scenes from the movie Forrest Gump. Why 94 scenes? Because the movie came out in 1994. If you like the movie and it's many life lessons, I'd appreciate if you add a comment or share this with your family and friends. I'm sure you've seen many a father and son together and you've marveled at the likeness. The mannerisms. The physical presence. Some of it is learned behavior. A boy imitating his father. Nurture. Some of it is genetics. Inherited traits and characteristics. Nature. Did you notice the sigh of relief that Jenny exhaled as Forrest bonded with his son? Did you notice they both tilted their heads to the left as they sat together and watched Bert and Ernie. Nature. A father and son are both different and one and the same. Like father, like son. When Forrest learned he was a father, he naturally had a moment of shock, but he quickly took responsibility and started to engage with his son. Forrest Gump had Gumption. My hope is you'll be gump-like ... and live your life with Gumption.
