**-- HERE IS THE VIDEO TRANSCRIPT --** Start moving to beat the blues. Hi, I'm Steve Weber and here is today's scene - scene #3 of the 94 best scenes and life lessons from the movie Forrest Gump. I've created this video series to honor of the movie's 25th anniversary this year in 2019. When you're feeling blue, get up and move, go for a little run. Forrest could only sit around and feel sorry for himself for so long. Jenny was gone. He had spent the morning moping and sitting and thinking and no doubt feeling sorry for himself. When he stood up from the rocking chair on the porch, and walked down the steps, and started a slow jog across the lawn, and finally a full, hard run as he reached the end of the driveway, Forrest knew ... He knew he had to start moving if he was going to shake free of the sadness he was feeling. He know that some good, hard activity and movement would help him feel better. Forrest decided to go for a little run. If you want to beat the blues, start moving. It takes gumption to snap yourself out of a funk. It takes gumption - and movement - to beat the blues. Do you want to be more gump-like? ... Get moving, let motion help you snap out of a funk and beat the blues ... go for a walk, or little run. Let's learn to live our lives with Gumption.
