Steve’s Professional Fee is all inclusive. That means Steve pays his own airfare, hotel (2-4 nights max), ground transportation, and non-event meals. Client pays a flat rate ? no hidden costs.

Steve chooses to provide his fee schedule to anyone who requests it. Why? … He believes that full transparency is the basis for establishing a long-term working relationship.

Many speakers choose not to provide a printed fee schedule in advance with the belief that a value conversation must first take place. Steve appreciates the need for that value-based conversation and understands that he won?t be hired until that conversation occurs.
