You fix the leak in the plumbing before repairing the damaged floor.?Steve views a major change initiative as a blueprint with a series of steps and projects that need to be completed in a logical, sequential order.

When Speaking or serving as your Conference Host, Steve?s enthusiasm is contagious. He speaks with energy. He?s uplifting. Inspiring. He?s clearly different from your typical speaker. He’ll use expressive gestures and makes eye contact with his listeners. He knows how to captivate an audience ? whether it?s a keynote in front of 5000 people, a room of a few hundred, or a group of two or three in the hallway.

Multi-day Conferences, Meetings, or Events
Steve?s love and best value to clients is serving as Conference Host for multi-day events. He?s not only one of the keynote speakers, he?s the emcee, greeter, and the glue that holds the event together.? Steve does have the ability to shine in the spotlight although his real gift is getting others to shine in their spotlight. He?s self-assured playing the supporting role.
His colorful personality allows him to make friends easily. Even in the stiffest of settings, people quickly warm to him. Attendees start communicating with excitement and others follow suit. All get involved. He?s infectious. His optimism is contagious.
